How to be a better Watershed Steward: Promoting Healthy Streams for Angelenos

Over the last two years, our water quality team monitored recreational sites along both the San Gabriel and Los Angeles Rivers during the summer recreation season. During days of peak recreation such as weekends and holidays, our team observed high levels of pollution from stream users, and we are working to effectively share that information to the public. We can all work together to clean up our waterways and promote healthy watersheds for healthy communities.
